In 2013 Eskan Bank established a fruitful partnership with the University of Bahrain, College of Engineering, Department of Architecture and Interior Design.
The students have had since, the opportunity of experiencing the contemporary challenges faced by the country in the residential sector as well as deal with the architectural conditions of professional practice.
The Department of Architecture and Interior Design considers this partnership of utmost importance in the development of our youth, from students to competent architecture professionals able to understand and respond to the needs of the market and the profession. After all, we are educating the future generation of architects that will continue to build this country.
From housing masterplans, to affordable housing prototypes, the students have been challenged to rethink the way Bahrainis live, hopefully supporting Eskan Bank in the development of a better housing reality and consequently a happier and satisfied nation.
